Josh Craig

Bill Alvarez
with a straightforward premise: most ERP implementations fail not because the software is wrong, but because the people delivering it do not understand the business behind it.
Josh's background is unusual for this space. He started his career as an accountant at G.James Glass, then spent several years inside MYOB itself as an ERP consultant and developer before moving into broader ERP integration work across NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Sage, and Odoo. By the time Auboros launched, he had worked hands-on with more than 15 ERP platforms across complex integrations, cloud infrastructure, and operational transformations for businesses across Australia and internationally.
That combination of accounting, finance, and deep software development experience is what Auboros is built on. Most consultancies come from one side or the other. Understanding both the commercial model and the code behind it changes how implementations are scoped, delivered, and supported.
Bill Alvarez, Practice Manager and co-founder, brings a background that started in industrial and process engineering on Australian plant floors before moving into software development and systems integration.
